Topic: Moved HUGE Exchange Mailboxes with imapsync. Where's my old mail?

==================
- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.2
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Centos 6.6 Final
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): LDAP
- Web server (Apache or Nginx):Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? NO
- Related log if you're reporting an issue: none avail
===================

enabled imap on my old Exchange 2003 Server.

Moved all the mailboxes using imapsync. Imapsync did a nice job and had no errors.

Some exchange mailboxes are close to 10GB in size. I managed to sync them without issues.

Here's the problem:

Roundcube nor Outlook 2013 Client show any mail past 30 days. I've setup Outlook 2013 with offline cache and set to "all".

Are there any internal restrictions or limits with iRedmail or Dovecot?

Like I said, imapsync did it's job and reported no errors.

Any suggestions or sharing same experience would be helpful.

Thanks!

*) There's no such restriction or limit with iRedMail or Dovecot.
*) Did you check mails on file system? Mails are stored under /var/vmail/vmail1/ by default, do you have all 10GB mails in user's mailbox?
*) Please try to remove all sql records in SQL table `iredadmin.used_quota`, then try to access with Roundcube. can you see old/all emails now?

If you still cannot see old emails, please turn on debug mode in Dovecot and track its log file to see whether or not there's any error message. Reference:
