Re: mxlogic.net blacklisted

Please check whether it's blacklisted with iRedAdmin-Pro:

- global blacklist: System -> Anti Spam -> Whitelists and Blacklists
- per-domain blacklist: Go to recipient domain profile page, click tab "Whitelists and Blacklists".
- per-user blacklist: Go to recipient profile page, click tab "Whitelists and Blacklists".

Re: mxlogic.net blacklisted

It is not on any of those lists.

I have currently added @.mxlogic.net to the Global System whitelist to see if it accepts.

Is this a bad idea since it really should not be required?

Re: mxlogic.net blacklisted

Nope sorry.  The mxlogic.net was not in their but the sending persons domain was buried in the list.  I've have removed it form the Global Blacklist and also removed the @.mxlogic.net from the whitelist to see if all works.
