Hello,
I intend to install a backup MX server.
After installation of iredmail, i copied the database vmail from de prodution server to the backup server.
I ran the command : update domain set backupmx = 1;

Is need any further change to serve as a backup mx server? Are there any updated 'how to' on this?
Thank You.

Re: iredmail 0.9.2 as Backup MX

iRedMail doesn't work well when acts as backup mx, because it doesn't delivery accepted mails to primary mx.
A simple solution might be installing Postfix on a fresh server OS as backup MX.
