microsoft outlook does not receive mail junk folder how fix this problem?
roughly a week ago, there were no problems, only problem is that one of the addresses of the institution comes a huge amount of official mail of the falls into the spam before the subscriber can receive e-mail spam, but now can not. help me please. thanks

Excuse me, i don't quite understand what your issue.

Do you mean someone sent many spams to your server, and after that you cannot receive any email from this people?

user cennot resive mail from junk folder if he use microsoft outlook, ia cannot anderstand how fix this problem...
server mark some necessary mail as junk.

You can update global sieve rule so that it won't move detected spam to Junk folder.
Default global sieve rule is /var/vmail/sieve/dovecot.sieve.

By the way, Junk folder is subscribed by default, so if you access mailbox via imap protocol, you should be able to see all subscribed folders. That means it might be an Outlook issue in your case.

Thanks a lot, but can i disable spam rools for all users? easily to remove junk-mail by users then search lost mail in junk for each user.

If you MUA supports searching, then it's ok. But probably it requires you should be able to see Junk folder first.

Hi lyndin,

It's not a (iRedMail) server issue, it's now a Outlook issue.

By the way, do you access mailbox via POP3 or IMAP on Outlook?
