I'm seeing very slow connections and connection timeouts on occasion with iRedMail 0.9.1 on CentOS 7. The machine is an 8 core, 32GB server so I don't believe there's a hardware limitation. Where do I need to start to look? I've reviewed all the configuration files along with watching logs in real time and nothing jumps out at me other than connections to port 143, 587 etc. are taking 10 seconds or more to respond. I see the same response time when simply trying to telnet to those ports.

Does it work fine when you disable firewalld and fail2ban service?

I had fail2ban disabled already.

The slow connectivity seems to have vanished for now, so stopping firewalld for testing isn't prudent. I'll see if it recurs and see if that helps.
