Hi, our company wants to deploy in-house mail server using iredmail pro. Can you provide me a RECOMMENDED hardware specification initially for 500 mail users with mailing at least 200-300 emails everyday? Thanks!

*) How many mail accounts stored on server doesn't matter much, the daily traffic matters.
*) Sending 300 emails per-day is low traffic. A server with 2GB memory can easily handle this. Although minimal requirement 1GB memory can handle it too, but i recommend at least 2GB memory for production use.

If it is 500 users each sending 200-300 emails a day (100000 -150000 emails a day in total) then I would suggest much more RAM. IMHO not less than 12 GB. Add to this fast storage, hardware RAID with SAS/SSD disks or a SAN.
