Can not receive form outlook, aol, mail.com etc mails.

AND

Do you have correct A/MX DNS records for your mail domain?

Also, please ALWAYS show us basic info of your iRedMail server, so that you can get better answer:

can you
tail /var/log/maillog -fn0
then while watching the tail, try and send an e-mail to your server
and see if anything comes up in the log.

We are currently seeing a attack on the Manage DNS servers, on account of which the DNS records (A, MX, PTR, etc...) could not be fetched.
