I recently installed iRedMail and when prompted I selected Nginx as the default web server because Nginx is suppose to be the new hotness. I've since run into issues with trying to run certain web apps and wanted to switch back to Apache. I found a thread from around October of last year saying to get some apps, such as cluebringer working I should switch to Apache and change passwords hashes to MD5. My question is, how does one do that?

I tried just stopping the nginx service and start the apache one and that didn't work. For changing the passwords, would I hash the passwords with MD5 and then just copy and paste the new hashes into the database? Thanks for your help.

Could you provide more information than : "and that didn't work."

Re: Switching from Nginx to Apache

as @7t3chguy says, we'd better figure out what the problem is first, maybe we can easily solve it without Apache.
But if you insist, it's ok to switch, of course.
