Maybe you don't understand IRC Xpert, but I for one am not able to help 24/7. You being online 9 minutes is not nearly enough time, and you didn't even ask a question. Everyone on IRC will tell you - DON'T ASK TO ASK. Instead of waiting around, just ask your question and then someone, not just me, might answer.

if you got answer on IRC, that' good. But, as @7t3chguy said, no one is able to help 7x24, so if no answer there, just post your questions/issues in this forum, i will reply all posts everyday. if you're urgent, consider buying our support ticket to get support with direct ssh access from iRedMail team:
