Topic: Is there any way to pull statistics without iRedMail Pro?

- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Debian Wheezy 7

I'm really curious how many emails are being sent out by my mail bot and I'm not clever enough to figure this out on my own. I'd pay for iRedMail Pro, but I simply do not have $500 to drop at the moment.

Is there any way to figure this out?

Sure. All data you required are stored in SQL database "amavisd", you can check its document to understand how to query it to get the statistics.
