Self service, I can't find the option to turn it on for the use?

I have "You can enable self-service to allow users to manage their own preferences and more." in the first tab for user edit but there seems to be no further area to enable/disable it.

Two, where does the user go to get self service?

You must set 'ENABLE_SELF_SERVICE = True' in iRedAdmin-Pro config file, then restart Apache or uwsgi (if you're running Nginx) service.

Normal user can login to iRedAdmin-Pro with the same login page used by admin:
Http://[server]/iredadmin/
