why Hello when i send mails to hotmail for exmaple my mails ar qued in junked mails or spamed ??

It depends on your mail content and how Hotmail consider what spam is.

By the way, do you have SPF/DKIM DNS records for your mail domain name?

You can use http://www.mail-tester.com/ to verify how your e-mails are rated. Maybe the experts have a better suggestion...
