Looks like a network issue. Do you have correct gateway address set on your server OS? And does your firewall block this port?

how do I change the send port? I believe that port 25 is blocked

The problem is, destination servers (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc) are always listening on port 25 and waiting for your connection.

how do I change the send port? I believe that port 25 is blocked

I use the digital ocean actually had a lock on their firewall. Thank you for your help
