Hi,

We are using iRedAdmin-Pro v1.4.1 (LDAP).  We are facing problem to send mail to yahoo and gmail.
All mail return to sender. We have already changed IP address but again our IP has blocked from yahoo and gmail.
1) How can we protect against spam  mail?
2) how can we unblock from yahoo and gmail?

If you have any solution, please help us.

The weakest part of a mail system is weak password. If your mail users didn't send spam themselves, then there must be some accounts was cracked due to weak passwords. Please ask ALL your mail users to use a strong password.

Unfortunately, you have to contact Yahoo and Gmail.

By the way, iRedMail ships Policyd/Cluebringer. With Policyd, you can enable global throttling (in its config file /etc/policyd*) or per-user throttling (per-domain throttling is buggy). With Cluebringer, you can enable global, per-domain or per-user throttling.
