1 - i want add more domain and user admin for domain?

ex: abc.admin@abc.com -- manager for domain abc.com
      zxy.admin@zyx.net --manager for domain zyz.net

2 - create account admin, i want grant for global account?

iRedAdmin-Pro supports both features you mentioned. iRedAdmin open source edition doesn't support them. Check feature comparison here:
