Re: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

For the second time the same errors, so I stopped until there even if I tried in the first test I created the database manually because it did not created it and adding the permissions but roundcube and iredadmin stil don't work maybe the config files, any solution or advice is welcome before going ahead.

Best regards!

Was it a fresh/new server before installing iRedMail? Did you have MySQL installed and set a root password before installing iRedMail?

Did you have SELinux disabled in /etc/selinux/config BEFORE installing iRedMail?

I did not check if SELinux was disabled, instead of using MySQL I picked postgreSQL and it worked. Any way thanks.

Best regards!
