sometimes password and maildir from vmail.mailbox  mysql table are deleted??

Sorry, do you mean iRedAdmin open source edition is 0.1.6?
Which version of iRedMail are you running?

This bug was in a VERY old iRedMail release, years ago.

You're trying to send email to system account 'www-data', please create an alias in /etc/postfix/aliases for this system account.
