Greetings Zhang,
Sometimes users facing problem in sending emails to some domains as Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

                450 4.1.2 <mail@example.com>: Recipient address rejected: Domain not found

NOTE : This type of problem only occurs for certain time of period after that emails will flow easily. This problem keeps on repeating.

Please help us to fix this issue.

Did you check whether or not the mail domain exists? For example, check with command 'dig' or 'nslookup'.

Domain is exist and previously users are sending emails and still they are sending.
I mentioned only at some certain period some users are getting this error. If they send the same email to the same domain after 15 or 20 min it will go, strange.

Looks like greylisting, or some temporary issue on their server.
I suggest you contact its mail server admin to understand what the problem is, maybe they have some restriction rules.
