are there a way to allow sertain ip adresses to use the smtp server without user auth ?

Yes, just add the IPs/network to the mynetworks parameter in main.cf located at /etc/postfix.

After that just reload postfix with service postfix reload

Be careful with this it will bypass scan checks, policy checks everything. For those IPs your server will be an open relay.
