Topic: Nice to have Autoconfig XML

This is a nice to have feature.

Can we implement autoconfig of thunderbird trough XML in default installation of iRedMail?

And may be a profile installer for apple product?

Re: Nice to have Autoconfig XML

There're too many values used in XML files, and we cannot know them during iRedMail installation. So it's better to leave it to mail server admin.

Re: Nice to have Autoconfig XML

Again, no plan to implement this in iRedMail, because we cannot know some required info:

- Public IP address which will be used in DNS records.
- The real mail domain name. The one you input during iRedMail installation is not always the final one.

Generating a XML file based on a provide template file is easy, the hard part is we cannot know above info.
