I am getting the following error when I try to reply an email. warning: Illegal address syntax from unknown[hidden IP] in RCPT command: <"hidden Full name (hidden username@gmail.com)">. What can I do to resolve this in my main.cf?

Please check your email to make sure you have correct recipient email address.

The invalid is not my email address but the mail to <"hidden Full name (hidden username@gmail.com)"> e.g <"Juma Rashid (juma.rashid@gmail.com)">. Am just replying to that address where the original mail came from.

Obviously, this is a illegal address syntax. You should fix it before sending out email.

There is no any setting in Postfix that will automatically fix this issue?  This is happening to my clients and therefore difficult to make a training on how they can fix before sending.

No. Postfix cannot do everything for you.
