Topic: Upgradation Help to new server

- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): mysql
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: CentOS v 5.8

i am Running fresh iredmail 0.8.6 on centos 6.x

i want to transfer database and emails stored in old iredmail 0.8.1 on centos v 5.8
to
my new server iredmail 0.8.6 centos 6.x?
any help and guide or step please.

Have a look on the official upgrade tutorial - http://www.iredmail.org/doc.html#upgrade_tutorial

I would follow this scenario:
0) backup, backup, backup! (everything you touch)
1) on the old server: follow all upgrade instructions from 0.8.1 to 0.8.6 regarding mysql database structure update,
2) on the old server: dump the vmail database,
3) on the new server: purge the vmail database and load the dump file from step 2.

If your old server needs to be online, it's safe to do the upgrade instructions on a copy of the vmail database.
