- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL):  MySQL
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version:  Centos 6.4 x86

After installing iRedAdmin and it running perfectly (and it still is) after I added some virtual hosts to serve the other domains that are running on the machine I have lost access to iredadmin.

I tried reverting these changes but I am unable to access iredadmin anymore, a 404 is thrown.

Please check your Apache virtual host settings, make sure you have proper Alias setting for iRedAdmin. Just check original config file for reference.
