Topic: Closed: iRedMail is not working after installation

Hi guys, I have Ubuntu Server 12.04 installed, i tried to install iRedMail and every thing was OK untill the end of the process, but then i could not open iRedAdmin, i tried all: localhost, 127.0.0.1, my virtual domain,  no thing is a valid address.

The output of Hostname command is mail-srv, and in /etc/hosts   i have three lines:

27.0.0.1       localhost
127.0.0.1       MyCompany  mail-srv
127.0.1.1       mail-srv

where x.y.z is the name of my virtual domain..


What is wrong????!!!

Please give me an advice

*) What do you mean "until the end of the process"? Any error message?
*) What do you mean "could not open iRedAdmin"? Any related log in Apache log file (/var/log/apache2/)?

The latest news!, now I have formated and reinstalled the OS Ubuntu server 12.04, I thought that the problem could be a result of preconfigured settings of postfix, mysql or even roundcube during my previous attempts to setup  a mail server on my machine.
Now the configurations I have done yet is on the following files, while actually, I'm not sure about it:

/etc/hosts:
127.0.0.1       x.y.z  mail-srv localhost localhost.localdomain
127.0.1.1       mail-srv

/etc/hostname:
x.y.z

I will inform you when the installation is completed, but right now what is the addresses I should go to in order to open the application for the first time, or how to replace the "your_server" in my case??.

httpS://your_server/iredadmin/

phpMyAdmin
httpS://your_server/phpmyadmin/

phpLDAPadmin

Try to replace 'your_server' by the IP address of your server. Or, if you access them on server local host, try '127.0.0.1'.

Thank you, finally it works, all "phpmyadmin, iredadmin, mail" addresses opened in my browser, now when i tried to add users in "Add user under domain:" this message appears: Error: Invalid mail address!!. What is the method to add mail users in order to be able to manage their messages using the roundcube interface (mail)?.
