Topic: SpamAssassin Mail Filter Daemon: disabled, see /etc/default/spamassass

Hi.

Can someone tell me why I'm showing that spamassassin is disabled, do I not want this enabled?

Can I just go ahead and change the setting in the defaults file and then start it with service spamassassin start?

Thanks.

Chris.

SpamAssassin will be called by Amavisd for content-based spam scanning, so there's no need to run SpamAssassin daemon.

Oh, thanks for clarifying that. Of course your mail flow diagram should have told me that if I'd thought about it properly!

Thanks.
