- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySql
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Debian 6.0.6

Id like control the number of sent email by user, by time.
example: the user can send 10 email in 5 minutes, or something like that.

iRedMail installs Policyd on Debian 6, so you can achieve this with it. Detailed document is here: http://policyd.sf.net/readme.html

You can manage it with iRedAdmin-Pro directly if you purchased a license. Screenshot for your reference:
