Topic: Did iRedadmin support external member mailing list?

Example:

I have a domain kkkk.com.my server was at  SH.

but I have another sub company , their domain called  gz.kkkk.com, their server at gz .

and we had a  sales@kkk.com mail list, that contains:

sales1@kk.com
sales2@kk.com
sales3@kk.com
sales4@kk.com
b-sales@gz.kkk.com
c-sales@gz.kkk.com
d-sales@gz.kkk.com
e-sales@gz.kkk.com

what should I do ? did iredadmin support?

by the way , I saw the ldap had a "external"  entry,  this is what for?

Re: Did iRedadmin support external member mailing list?

Yes, the build-in mail list may have external members, but iRedAdmin doesn't support it now, it will be implemented in feature release.

How to add external mail list member manually:
- Login to phpLDAPadmin.
- Create new object/account under ou=Externals, sample LDIF:

memberOfGroup=all@domain.ltd,ou=Externals,domainName=domain.ltd,o=domains,dc=example,dc=com
objectClass: mailExternalUser
memberOfGroup: all@domain.ltd
accountStatus: active
enabledService: mail
enabledService: deliver
mail: externaluser01@abc.com
mail: externaluser02@abc.com
mail: externaluser03@abc.com
