I would like to block a group of people from sending mails to gmail/yahoo or personal mail ids.

I have a group of people who would only be required to send mail locally. They are not entitled to send mails to other domain. Can I do user wise block on this.
To explain user A@a.com can send mail to all domain but b@a.com can send mails to domain a.com only.

This access policy is impossible to store in LDAP/MYSQL, you have to use postfix restriction class and hash db. Reference:
