Topic: Mails from MAILER-DAEMON in mailq

I see some mails in my mailq from MAILER-DAEMON like the one bellow, they remain in the mailq. And in the logs i see if like a back-scatter mail. is there a way to block this type of mails??? How can i stop them? I have filtered some Ip blocks from which i got those mails.
