Because we are a small site on the same server, web server and mail server.But I just installed a nginx.There is how to mysql on the other server, because I want him on the same web database server。Please advise。

Be careful, iRedMail is designed to be deployed on a FRESH server.

To migrate Apache to Nginx, you can install iRedMail (with Apache, of course) first, then install Nginx and make it accessible, via http/https, migrate all web components (e.g. Roundcube webmail) to work with Nginx.
