Hi, is there a way to turn off grey listing (Recipient address rejected: Policy Rejection- Please try later) on a per user basis?

Sure.

With Policyd-1.82, you can turn on/off both per-domain and per-user greylisting.

If you have the latest iRedAdmin-Pro (LDAP v1.7.0, MySQL v1.4.0, PGSQL 1.0) installed, you can manage it in account profile page, under tab "Advanced", section "Enabled Services". Screenshots for your reference:
