Dear Admin,

Please help me, what kind of problem if i change user password and delete user admin then message error occur like below,

Error: Security token did not match. Please refresh current page and re-perform form action.

Seems you opened two more more forms, and submitted one of them, but forgot to reload this form.
It's easy to fix it: reload this page, then submit changes you want.
