Topic: Shared Folders display ALL folders

Hi,
When I share a folder in IMAP Example TEST folder thunderbird mail folder displays all of the User who shared instance. INBOX, SENT, and also my JUNK folder TEST. The access works only this TEST folder that actually shared.
Is it possible to select other folders with hidden (NBOX, SENT, JUNK) HIDE? In Thunderbird but roundcube can not find the option to hide!

Is there any way to hide the dovecot? or make dovecot display only the folder compartilhade indeed!

Centos 6.2
Iredmail 8.0
Dovecot 2.0

Re: Shared Folders display ALL folders

Hi moreni,

Could you explain how you shared an IMAP folder?

I tested it with Roundcube plugin "acl", shipped in Roundcubemail-0.7.2. With this plugin enabled, you can go to "Settings -> Folders", click a folder, e.g. Junk, there's a tab "Sharing" displayed in the right panel.

Re: Shared Folders display ALL folders

Hi Zhang,

I'm using SOGO as groupware and add-ons Imap-ACL-Extension for Thunderbird ESR 10.

As far as the SOGO in Thunderbird can enable sharing, but could not that just a folder to appear when all share INBOX folders appear but without access to the User

Look my conf dovecot

Re: Shared Folders display ALL folders

Did you test it with Roundcube and its official plugin "acl"?
