There are kernel updates and appache updates available via "yum update" for Centos 6.2. Will this break anything with iredmail if I proceeded with the upgrade? See packages marked for upgrade below:

Also I am a iRedMail-PRO customer.. just want to ensure that nothing breaks when installing the above in terms of incompatibilities with iredmail

It should be fine.

Most iRedMail required packages are provided in CentOS official yum repositories, so you can update them with yum directly.
