I want to know if its even possible to blacklist/whitelist IP's on open source iredmail if we make a custom script to input into the database?

I am really asking whats the database insert information for the blacklist for:

blacklist
blacklist_helo
blacklist_dnsname
blacklist_sender

then for whitelist

whitelist
whitelist_dnsname
whitelist_sender
