Topic: Can't receive emails

Hello all,

i installed the iRedMail Server just like described in the Documentation. I configure it and it almost works. I can connect via Thunderbird and send emails.

But i can't receive emails. When I sent an email to it from my private account, i always get an error.

Any Idea what could be wrong?

Re: Can't receive emails

This is the error message.

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    xx@jabro.de

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 Unknown user (state 14).

so it says unknown user, but the user exists. I created the user with the script from iRedMail and i checked the database.

@silky
how can i check if i use NAT or not?
