Local Mail server internal  IP 192.168.1.10:110 natted to external IP 203.199.140.190:110

Local Mail server internal  IP 192.168.1.10:143 natted to external IP 203.199.140.190:143

Other default mail ports like 25,587 etc are globally open in firewall.is there any thing is I am missing ?

This is required for Laptop user to work from outside.

Re: Mail Client Configration - Outside firewall

Please post error message in Outlook to help troubleshoot, and it's better to ask your network administrators to help you setup proper firewall rules.
