Topic: Permission Issue

omething has happened to the permission for my "Archives" Folder.

When I log in with an account that is a Global admin I am not able to:

1. Create a new folder within the "Archives" Folder. I am able to create a new folder anywhere else
2. I am not able to move messages into the 2017-08 folder. I am able to move messages into other folders
3.  My filter to move any message from the month of August into 2017-08 is not working as messages are staying in the Inbox and not being moved.

I'd appreciate your help in resetting permission for the Archive Folder.

Any related error message in Dovecot log file?

Logs are fine.

Problem solved.

An en email client changed the folder properties. I have changed it back and it is now working again.
