opencart get error if i configure smtp on my site

Mail Protocol :smtp
Mail Parameters :
SMTP Hostname :mail.exampal.com
SMTP Username : ***********
SMTP Password : ***********
SMTP Port : 587
SMTP Timeout : 5

my authentication detail is correct

help please ......

Make sure your application enable TLS secure connection.

i have self sign certificate ... i am not use any ssl certificate like (let's encript)  my mail server runing on  like : https://mail.exampal.com ... (with https)

How to  enable TLS ?

iRedMail has TLS support by default, what i'm talking about is your opencart.
As a mail client, it (opencart) must enable TLS support to send email.

You need to check opencart document instead.
