Hi

We're getting unable to read banner issues from gmail and this issue is not for all gmail address. Wud u pls confirm me where is exactly issue ??

I cannot remember which software used in iRedMail will send error message like this. Do you have any firwall / gateway sitting between iRedMail server and Gmail server?

This is undelivered message from gmail when email failed from gmail to our email server. I don't really understand why gmail says that "unable to read banner" where my dns is able to resolve properly. This issue is for few gmail account holder only. For example if user x sends email from gmail to our email server then it's delivered successfully but while user y sends he is getting "unable to read banner" and message failed to deliver in our server.

Yes we've public firewall which is in between our server and outside email server.

Please try to send few more testing emails from this "y" user, we need to produce same issue and generate logs for troubleshooting.

Please also check your firewall to see whether there's any related error.
