Hi team,

Does anyone know how to log on to see the emails send to root once the system is using active directory 2012R2. I can see the mailbox invmail and can see emails inside the box via putty and also the system forwarding emails in there. Shoud i create an account with a username as root which would get the email address of root@domain.com?

I assume if thats the answer then I should have another account for postmaster on ad to have that as postmaster@domain.com

Cheers,

rajbps

Re: root email access

Add an entry in /etc/postfix/aliases, forward root's email to another valid email address.
