Hi, I am new to iredmail, I would like to know if it is possible to upgrade from the free version to a pro version. If the free version has emails and working. Will the data be lost..

please point me to some documentations to do this.

Yes you can, and no data lose.

you need to upgrade iRedMail to the latest stable release first, then purchase iRedAdmin-Pro license and upgrade.
