Topic: Problem with rsync and folders

iRedMail version : 0.9.2
Linux Debian: 8.7
Mysql
Apache
No

Hi, I have a issue with rsync and iredmail.

The email server has a failure in a HDD , I replace and rsync the backup into them, but the folders create by users, don´t show into roundcube, the folder in the user folder still there with the name . INBOX.xxxx .

The messages and the folders create by users are in the tree system, but via roundcube is not accesible.

What wrong with rsync?

Note :the default folders (INBOX, SENT, TRASH, SPAM) are accesible via roundcube.

Re: Problem with rsync and folders

*) Make sure all mailboxes are owned by user/group "vmail:vmail" with permission 0700.
*) Pay attention to Dovecot log file, it will log errors like file permission error and others.
*) Did you sync all files in mailboxes? For example, files with file name starts with 'dovecot.'.
*) Do all IMAP folders subscribed? Unsubscribed folders are not visitable in webmail.
