I have several domains set up on my server, each with their own separate DKIM signatures.  If users want to put their Domain Alias address in the From: line (client side), will DKIM sign the mail correctly, or do special considerations need to be made on the server?  Thanks.

You need to add new DKIM key for your alias domain.

Or, use a catch-all DKIM key for all unlisted local domains.
