I am getting complaints that mail is bouncing to the new server and I am not sure how to resolve it.

I saw a rejection from canonical.com today to my domain and I just received a call from a client getting rejections from an outside domain to a user@domain on our server

I am also seeing spam starting to  be received but it is not appearing in iredmail as quarantined which makes me think that spam filtering is not working despite being turned on as the default in iredmail pro

This is caused by greylisting service. It will temporarily reject newly arrived emails few times, until sender server retries in given period. Please check http://greylisting.org/ for more details.

If you want to temporarily disable greylisting service, please go to iRedAdmin-Pro, "System -> Anti Spam -> Greylisting" to disable it.
