Dear Sir/Madam,

A strange thing occurs when a specific user (with a specific mailbox) sends a mail via his iPhone. The mail arrives at the destination, but also at the sender's mailbox.

How to solve this strange issue?

Kind regards,
Lars Jansen

Re: Duplicate mail when sending from iPhone

Seems this user configured his/her iPhone to always cc or bcc a sent email to himself/herself. Please check on iPhone:

Settings -> Mail -> Always Bcc Myself

Make sure its unchecked, then try again.
