Have you gotten any bug reports in iRedAdmin-Pro of the check box for a user to be domain admin?

When inside a domain user account...  When I clicked the box for that user to be a Domain Admin, it would not stay activated or checked upon refresh.  Does the user have to be present in the system "Admin" part of the interface first?
Thanks
