====

Some of our users have been complaining for instant logouts
after logging in webmail-roundcube.
I tried to verify the issue through roundcube logs,
though this is impossible due to the fact
that by default (and unfortunately not after-install changed) in iredmail
webmail logins and logouts are not logged explicitly.
(only in imap - dovecot.log which shows connects and disconnects each time ).
I have verified that this happens while using static ip addressing,
so sessions do not die due to the specific flag in roundcube configuration.

So, assuming that the users do not err...

I have been through our logwatch reports and ...  :

*Warning: Pre-queue content-filter connection overload

Could it be the problem root or this could not be related?
(EDIT: This is kind of SMTP related so I guess not...)

Re: Webmail users complain for logouts

You can turn on more debug options in Roundcube config file, the default values are set in /var/www/roundcubemail/config/defaults.inc.php (on RHEL/CentOS). Search 'debug' in that file.

Note: please pay close attention to Apache/Nginx/php-fpm log files, Roundcube may log something over there.
