Hello!
i have install the iRedMail in my ubuntu server and everything works just great.
i can use the my email with roundcube and sogo but cant connect from outlook using imap and pop3(didnt work from my phone as well).
i tried to figure out the problem from your forum and i could'nt.
do you have any idea what could be the problem?

but my question is how can i enable the option to login with normal imap and pop3?

What do you mean "normal imap and pop3"? If you mean insecure POP3/IMAP connection, then it's not enabled on iRedMail server by default, secure connections are required.

With default iRedMail settings:

*) POP3 service: port 110 over TLS (recommended), or port 995 with SSL.
*) IMAP service: port 143 over TLS (recommended), or port 993 with SSL.
*) SMTP service: port 587 over TLS.

ok now i understand
but i tried to connect with secure connection like in your guide and i couldn't..

still gives me the same error

If you're telling others "it doesn't work", "it failed", "i couldn't ...", please show us the original error message on MUA, and related log on server.

If you don't know the log file location, please check this tutorial:
