Hello,

Did you meet that issue?
I answered to message with iphone (connected to iredmail through sogo-activesync), but this answer not show when i opening mail with mac os client or web

In last case I asked you about difference in config files, could it be linked? Please see:

You replied a message, then this reply should appear in "Sent" folder. Did you check this folder?

Yes.
On iphone i even have "replied" icon, but it disappeared from web-gui.
